Discuss open grants, open items for formalizing operations, upcoming dates and deadlines

Quarterly Meetings:

Present the budget summary, allocations and project progress report, forecasted needs and “income” for the next quarter

Half-Year Meetings:

Present planning for the next 6 months, report on metrics related to forecast vs. actual, present progress report on funded projects/won-lost grants/upcoming grant proposals

Yearly Meetings:

Present annual report to the DAO
